  • Ara Damansara possible to be the one like Mont Kiara due to international schools and there will be a lot of commercial areas. When there is more commercial areas or international schools, more residences are needed. 
  • Able to rent to the foreigners with premier price, hence rental yield will be higher.
  • TESCO is located nearby which shows that there is certain amount of population in the area to sustain the business. They have definitely done a tedious research and demand calculation before they invest their business over there.
  • There will be a link bridge from Tesco to H2O, it had already confirmed.
  • Li Ka Shing owns the Citta Mall and this shows that he had foresee the great future of the land.
  • Along the Subang Airport Highway, more offices will be build by Sime Darby & Brunsfield. Both are big companies which they will not blindly invest a huge amount of money over there unless they too foresee the great future of the land which is happening right now.
  • LRT nearby which will have a easy transportation to work and play.
  • Estimated population catchment of 55,000 residence.
